This is a quite witty and philosophical piece. The title, illusion of control, can definitely give us a lot to think about, and as a photographer i really respect the symbolism and thought put into the image. This thoughtful portrait of a photographer is by ~mechanizedeye ( Suggested by mi4 and Featured by suzi9mm )

I love this picture! :+fav: Though a calmer gaze would work 'cause your eyes seem almost strained to look away from the camera.

This is extremely dark and brooding. Did you listen to Dream Theater's Train of Thought? That's what this photo reminds me of.

Very slick tonality, dude. The camera almost seems more the puppetmaster than you. A very obsessive-mad-creator feel to it.

Nice. The commentary in the title is a good way to make a person think, and the symbolism is something I can identify with. And, on a deeper level, it amuses me to a degree. Well done.

This is a very fascinating photo. The expression on your face almost makes it look like you cannot (or are unwilling) to see. Perhaps the hope is that the camera can see for you...but perhaps it controls you instead...

Just rambling. ;-)

Thought-provoking piece!
